My favorite type of animal art is close up expressions. Although, I paint full body shots with a colorful background, painting your pet close-up,
allows me to capture the essence of your animal through their expression and their eyes.

Payment Details: I require at least half of the payment, for each pet portrait, be paid before the start of the painting(s). If you would like to pay the full amount that is fine but only half is required at the time of this contract. I will send payment details in my Commission Contract via email. Artwork Timeline: Estimated time of completion is 1 month from time half of the payment is received. If you have a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to honor your request. Painting Alterations: I will accept one alteration, to be made at the time of the first sketch, which will be sent via email or text for your approval. However, after the first alteration, an additional $50 alteration fee will be charged for each alteration/round. Style Authenticity: By submitting this form, you agree that you are fully aware of AnnMarie’s Animal Art’s artistic style when painting your portrait(s). Shipping: I will use USPS or FedEx when shipping your paintings, which allows for insurance and guaranteed delivery by a specific date. The tracking number will be sent so you via email or text and you can track your package. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages: If the pet portrait(s) are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, I will recreate the painting(s), and will cover materials and shipping for the second attempt. Note that the original date agreed upon cannot be honored, and a new date will have to be established. Agreement Acceptance Terms: If you accept the terms, please electronically sign and date in the area below and I will send you this document via email with payment information.
